As you know, my passion is the arts, and in my working studio and school (Paseo School of Art), I ardently pursue teaching and creating. I am working on a new project, a large encaustic, mixed media installation. A requirement to take on a project of this size is to have the time, resources, and support. Brush Creek Foundation for the Arts provides this support by awarding me an Art Residency near Saratoga, WY.
This entails a month-long residency where they provide the accommodations, food, and studio space to work. This residency starts August 10 and goes through September 4, and I need your help.
I’ve started a Kickstarter Campaign to help fund some of the cost. This would allow me to purchase art supplies to help fund the travel and a portion of my food and living expenses.
